CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT

(Article 80 of the Public Procurement Law)

Pursuant to Article 80 Subpar.2 Item 1 of the Public Procurement Law ("Official Gazette" no. 120/16) and with the aim of preventing conflict of interest in the public procurement area, the City of Biograd na Moru as public Tenderer announces that it must not stipulated contracts on public procurement with the following economic companies (as a bidder, a member of the bidder community, or a subcontractor to the selected bidder):

- LIBAR Adult Education Institute, Biograd na Moru

- Family Farm Ivan Knez, Biograd na Moru

- T.O. BOX, Biograd na Moru
